Through our network of contacts, JMI actively helps portfolio companies recruit top professionals at all levels, including external Board members, senior management and sales executives. 

JMI has significant experience in navigating the public markets, as advisors to our portfolio companies and as investment bankers. In total, members of JMI have completed over 150 initial public offerings for companies such as Microsoft, BMC Software, Computer Associates, Oracle, Checkfree, Sterling Commerce and Sun Microsystems. JMI has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well.
